Can I order without an account?
Yes. An account lets you save addresses, see your order history and keep a wishlist.
How do I pay with bKash?
Choose bKash at checkout, “Send Money” the total to the number shown, then enter your sending number and the transaction ID. We verify it and confirm your order.
Why is there a charge for mobile wallets?
Wallets charge a fee to cash out Send Money payments; we show it transparently at checkout. Cash on delivery has no extra charge.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number and mobile number on the Track order page, or sign in and open My orders.
Will the colour match the photo?
We show photos of the actual product, but screens can make colours look slightly different. If it’s really off, you can return it within 7 days.
Do you ship abroad?
Not yet — we deliver within Bangladesh only.
