Returns & exchanges
If it isn’t right, don’t worry. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
What can be returned
- Wrong item, wrong size or a defect — we cover everything, including delivery
- Changed your mind — the item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact; return delivery is paid by you
- You may check the parcel in front of the rider at delivery
Not returnable
- Made-to-measure or customised pieces
- Sale items marked “final sale”
- Worn or washed items
How to return
- Call or WhatsApp 01783357375, or message us from the Contact page with your order number
- We arrange a courier pickup or share the return address
- Exchanges or refunds (to bKash/Nagad/Rocket) are made within 3–5 working days of receiving the item
